Job Description
My client, a Midtown CPA firm, is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant. This $10mm 50 person firm is well known in the area for its above market compensation and benefits, internal growth opportunities, and culture/atmosphere. This position will assist one of the Partners with all of his business tax clients. This role only services privately held businesses....NO individuals. This is a client facing role, so experience with client interaction is key. The business owners are extremely wealthy individuals and the firm needs someone with a high maturity level for client interaction.
There is some accounting in this role, but it is limited...no financial statement prep.
Ideal candidates will have:
5+ years business tax experience in a small/midsized accounting firm
Degree in Accounting
CPA preferred but definitely not required
Currently scheduling interviews for this week and next.
