Responsibility:
  • Prepare and maintain AR aging report
  • Matching and recording of cash receipts
  • Generate sales invoices and credit memos
  • Support Finance Manager with the closing of month end account and weekly cash flow publication.
  • Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation schedule
  • Perform month-end revenue cut-off testing
  • Review and assess internal controls for AR function
  • Prepare quarterly GST filing (AR)
  • Create and maintain record of new vendors creation
  • Gather and consolidate documents to support audit and tax reporting
  • Other ad-hoc as assigned

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA.
  • At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage.
