  • Overall responsible for the GL of an entity
  • Assist with internal and external audits for the entity
  • Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of monthly close activities for the entities
  • Oversee the Fixed Assets process for the entities
  • Prepare and review accounting entries. Evaluate entries for completeness and accuracy
  • Perform variance analysis for Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts every month end
  • Prepare the quarterly GST data & support GST submission for the entity
  • Accounting for government incentive of the entity
  • Participate in projects and develop process/system improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Other miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Degree in accounting / finance
  • 1-2 years' experience in GL / audit
  • Experience in any ERP (preferably Oracle)
