Job Summary

Core responsibilities include accounting, order to cash, tax, treasury and reporting. This role will need to ensure the accuracy of the reporting activities, through understanding of the balance sheet, adherence to internal controls, timely reporting of the actual financial result to Group, and engagement with the wider Finance Operations team to continuously improve the processes and controls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Singapore site Accounts Receivables/Payables activities and reporting monthly accounting close, journal entry and preparation of financial statements, balance sheet, corporate tax and GST returns.
  • Maintain Fixed Assets Register and preparation of month-end schedules.
  • Prepare and post entries for intercompany transactions and reconcile any discrepancy with relevant party.
  • Support corporate secretarial matters to ensure proper and timely corporate record update according to ACRA requirements.
  • Coordinate & liaise with auditors and support in the preparation of statutory financial statements.
  • Maintenance of financial master data management and cost centers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and processes.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.


Requirements:
  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Finance/ Accountancy professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Familiar with Singapore FRS.
  • Good understanding of work processes, internal controls and corporate governance.
  • Analytical, resourceful and possess good problem-solving capability.
