Your Role

We are looking for Director - FP&A to join the Finance team and lead the FP&A & Strategic finance function. You will work with business and finance teams to conceptualize right ways of looking at the business, prepare relevant reports, track right metrics and provide analytical insights.

A Day in the Life
  • Drive business intelligence and planning across the organization
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis and new business initiatives
  • Develop new ways of tracking business performance and provide strategic insights to leadership
  • Manage operational and analytical models to inform business insights
  • Review monthly forecasts at BU and product level
  • Support development of annual operating plan / budget for the company and rolling forecasts & planning
  • Client-wise and Product-wise P&L reporting


What You Need
  • 10+ years of experience in an FP&A role at a corporate, with experience in investment banking, financial modelling at a big 4 or consulting
  • Advanced Ms Excel based modelling skills
  • Experience with SaaS companies, B2B SaaS a plus
  • Exposure to planning, financial analysis tools such as Adaptive
  • MBA from a top school; CA or CFA a plus
