This established organisation in the Adelaide Hills has a prominent position in their industry. They manufacture and supply specialist products for the Australian and international market. They have enjoyed consistent organic growth and operate in a stable and secure industry. The are now looking for an Assistant Management Accountant or Management Accountant to join their team and support the CFO on a permanent basis. This role is offered as full time, but some flexibility can be offered, and part time may be considered for the right person.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced Assistant Management Accountant or an experienced Management Accountant. Qualifications are not essential. You'll enjoy working in less corporate environments where production and office staff have regular interaction. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential. You'll enjoy helping out in other areas on an ad-hoc basis, getting to know the wider business and being a key member of the team.

Your new role

- Oversight of AP and AR functions
- General ledger reconciliations
- Sales and pricing analysis
- Cash flow reporting
- P&L and GP analysis and assisting with new product planning
- Analysing inventory, stock, bill of material, labour and production costs
- Developing effective reporting in partnership with the business
- Assisting with stock takes and inventory management
- Ensure ERP system is utilised to its full potential
- Continuous improvement focus
- General financial assistance as required
