Management Accountant (Fixed Term 6 month) Temp to Perm
As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the maintenance and integrity of certain account ledger, the primary purpose is to support the FC with production of on-time and accurate management reporting information.
* Provide accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making
* Manage the processing of weekly BACS payment runs
* Managing the processing expenses claims
* Completion of control account reconciliations to monthly deadlines
* Manage the preparation of trial balance and management accounts to monthly deadlines
* Produce month end and year end journals
* Accountability for cash flow and production 12-week cashflow forecasts
* Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process
* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
* Lead, manage and guide a small team
* Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
* Proficient IT Skills and Microsoft systems - Word, Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Proven working experience within accounts and construction industry
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Part qualified CIMA or ACCA
