What will you doLeveraged by the Region Vice president (RVP) as second in command at all aspects of running the business he/she will serve as a key member of the management team in developing and implementingtransformational business plans across the portfolio, including organic growth, and cost efficiency.Oversee development of strategic planning, including investments and operating budgets, to ensureoptimal utilization of financial resources.Establish annual financial goals; monitor and analyze performance against these objectives.Lead the development of future financial strategies, Monitor and continually strengthen the globalcontrol environment, including driving analytical, controllership and strong compliance and integrityculture.How will you do itPartner with RVP to proactively offers insights on how to continuously make the business better.Lead performance management and talent planning and development.Drive contemporary finance capabilities in HCE via adoption of new planning, reporting andadvanced analytics technologies and approaches.Provide leadership in the recruitment, training and development of top–quality financial talent toensure the finance organization has a high level of performance and productivity. Instill a culture thatemphasizes accountability and transparency among the finance team. Proactively develops solutionsand marshals the right resources to attain short term and long–term financial outcomes.What we look forRequiredBA degree Finance Finance Acumen. Direct experience in finance functions in multinational environment is essential. He or she will have a track record of success at cultivating meaningful relationships with the finance organization, analytical finance skills, including the ability to develop analyses, performance measures and incentives that drive profitable operations, are highly important. Good at spotting trends and interpreting data. Looks at data from different angles and asks the right questions to gain additional insights.Business Partner. A strong commercial and operational orientation and a proven ability to partner with line managers and operating teams to drive and monitor performance and to develop strategic plans. An individual with very strong leadership skills who can impact and change business–level strategy beyond the finance area. Possesses change agility and mobilizes others in the organization to initiate change.Considers all factors to form the best overall solution for the company.Leadership and Executive Presence. Seasoned business judgment and a passion for increasingshareholder value and improving processes across the enterprise. A leader who empowers the teamto perform independently and mobilizes others to initiate change with intentional advisory style;experience and ability to interact with the top executive team with an exceptional ability to manage and motivate others.Execution and Conviction.
