The candidate will help design, create, and deliver solutions to meet the customer where they are, including web and mobile. As a key member of the Beacon Experience and Digital Design team the candidate works closely with IT, Marketing, Innovation, Customer Experience, Web Team, and other associates throughout the organization. You will support Beacon's vision of making healthcare more convenient, connected, and coordinated in order to give patients, customers, associates, and physicians easy access to information and solutions. We are seeking a minimum four years of progressively more responsible experience with building business cases, introducing new technologies, redesigning customer and associate experiences, leading enterprise–wide initiatives, and working on agile cross–functional teams. JOB SUMMARY Reports to a Manager/Director of Beacon Experience and Digital Design. For all Beacon Health System hospitals and other entities, support customer experience design, digital experience and integration, and customer engagement. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education and Experience The knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Health, or a healthcare related field. Master's Degree preferred. Must have strong project leadership skills. A minimum of four years of progressively more responsible experience with business cases, introducing new technologies, redesigning customer and associate experiences, leading enterprise–wide initiatives, and working on agile cross–functional teams. Knowledge & Skills Demonstrates well–developed leadership skills and the creativity necessary to organize, develop and provide administrative leadership for project and program effectiveness. Demonstrates expert administrative operational knowledge, leadership and positive conflict resolution. Requires business development or complex business project management experience. Requires the ability to navigate and work in an agile, dynamic, fast paced and often changing high growth environment. Requires the high–level analytical skills necessary to plan, control and direct activities and resources related to planning, scheduling and to evaluate program goals, objectives and outcomes. Requires critical thinking, decision making, negotiation, creativity, and problem–solving skills and consensus–building skills. Must be detail and process oriented. Demonstrates the communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively. Requires well–developed public speaking skills. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills as reflected by the ability to build relationships and successfully interact tactfully and effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization and with external constituencies and elicit cooperation and support. Working Conditions Works in an office environment. May be required to travel to off–site locations.
