Accounts Payable Clerk

DescriptionWaukesha manufacturing client seeks a part time accounts payable assistant due to a promotion. This part time accounts payable assistant will be responsible for these duties:• Match and process invoices for payment• Charge expenses to accounts, cost centers and inventory• Pay vendors by scheduling and preparing check runs• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling to vendor statements• Respond to vendor requests• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries to systems reports• Report and reconcile discrepancies• Other duties as assignedAA or BS in accounting is preferred but not necessary.
