AP Accountant - SAP tester (Vendor Master Data)

Introduction
As a Finance & Administration Business Associate you'll be a trusted business advisor. Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

a. Ensure accurate and timely registration of suppliers in the corresponding entity and assists on all requests relating to changes in banking set-up

b. Communicate with supplier or employee contact for issues on banking information (difference of bank detail in site and invoice copy)

c. Resolve with bank, supplier, or employee contact any payment that is returned or rejected due to banking issues

d. Assist payments processor on all invoices that are not captured in the batch due to banking issues

e. Assist invoice processor for any invoice routed to queue to absence of supplier registration

f. Recommend process improvements to streamline the current workflow

g. Other tasks as may be assigned by the AP Team Lead or Manager

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

a. Preferably with background in Finance and Accounting, Accounts Payable/Payments processing in particular

b. Good communication skills (verbal and written) because of extensive interaction with the client in the US, among others

c. Highly flexible and can withstand pressure/deadlines

d. Also open to fresh graduates

e. SAP background

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Additional languages are a plus
