The Financial Analyst plays an integral role within a small, collaborative Finance team. This position will inform cost trends and support departmental leadership decision making. It will help the organization coordinate and track against substantial growth. Ideal candidates are those with a financial or analytical background with an understanding of accounting, who are excited by a dynamic environment, challenging experiences, and the opportunity to bring insights. They should have the ability to manage ambiguity and develop solutions to unique problems in a structured and measurable way.


Expense Planning
  • Partner with HR to insure coordination w/ Budget
  • Monitor and document expense adherence to Budget
  • Analyze and interpret actual financial performance versus plan
  • Support departmental cost center budgets and keep tracking systems up to date
  • Review monthly Engagement Center Variable Compensation
  • Perform ad hoc analysis of financial data and business requests to monitor tactical decisions and enable strategic decision making

Month End
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting packages for investors
  • Maintain monthly performance analysis resources
  • Assist accounting team with monthly provider accruals
  • Perform monthly benefit and credit card reconciliations to support close
  • Monitor vendor approvals in AP software


Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related analytical discipline from a top-tier university with strong academic performance
  • 1-2 years experience in FP&A, strong plus for prior experience developing and assisting cross-functional relationships
  • High degree of learning agility
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Comfortable managing large quantities of data and processing the information into executive level reports
  • Experience analyzing and communicating performance versus a Plan/Forecast
