- DM rates and rates optionstrading and market making
- Manage risk and generaterevenues within the appropriate risk limits
- Collaborate with internal andexternal clients/sales/counterparties, and other key stakeholders to developthe franchise
- Research market developmentsand deliver high quality market commentary and ideas to client and management
- Improve risk reporting,systems and develop related pricing/analytical/risk management tools
- Follow regulations andinternal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, tradinglimits and compliance
- Take a leading rolein bank's iBor reform initiatives
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in DMrates and rates options trading, either on the buy or sell side
- Demonstrable track record ofprofitability and metrics
- Ability to build rapport andrelationships with internal/external clients and counterparties
- Demonstrate an understandingof front to back trade flows, and highly collaborative and able to partner withcontrol functions
- Experience in developingadvanced analytical/pricing tools; strong programming skills
- Team-oriented withstrong integrity and professionalism
