Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst For Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Program , you are responsible for end to end ownership of the HR/Payroll process automation development cycle, translating business requirements into functional specifications for RPA.

You are curious to learn as demonstrated by your up-to-date technical knowledge. You are a good team player and you are familiar with Agile methodologies and principles and/or have experience working in an Agile team. Responsibilities:
  • Carry out research and requirements collection to understand the HR/payroll process flow;
  • Develop user cases, requirements specifications, document user guides;
  • Develop test cases and manage test cycles;
  • Apply Agile based requirements gathering;
  • Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow;
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision;
  • Interview the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders;
  • Prepare business proposals and presentations;
  • Run focus groups and facilitate workshops;
  • Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions; present findings and recommendations to clients; implement recommendations/solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out;


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum relevant experience of 3+ years in as Business Analysis
  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, especially with RPA use cases
  • Demonstrated success in analysing RPA requirements and developing solutions to best meet them
  • Experience in designing and building end to end technical solutions for complex system problems
  • Working knowledge and experience with business process transformation
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Proven English communication skills including speaking, writing and presentation


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Technical skill with Automation Anywhere, Excel Macro, SQLs is an advantage
  • Mandarin (Chinese) and Japanese language skills is an advantage
  • Proven social skills along with analytical and attention to detail
  • Proven Process documentation and reporting skills ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
  • Proven ability skill in Lean Value Stream Mapping with abstract and documentation skill
  • Global and remote work experiences is desirable
