A growing Private Equity firm is looking to hire a Finance Manager into a stand alone role, reporting directly to the managing director. They will be responsible for all Finance Operations for the group and work closely with senior management and engage with external clients. The ideal candidate with be CA/CPA qualified with corporate accounting experience across Private Equity, Investment/Funds or Asset Management Industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Group Accounting including management & Statutory reporting, tax compliance, oversight of transnational tasks.
- Fund Accounting including ledger maintenance and liaising with portfolio companies and investment teams
- Fund cash flow management
- Fund Tax distribution calculations and preparation of tax returns, and reports
- Reporting to various regulatory bodies
- Investor queries
Key Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
- Experience working in a hands-on Finance role preferable
- Big 4 experience preferable
- Experience working in Private Equity, Investment/Funds Management ideal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
