An exciting, modern business in Liverpool is recruiting for a part qualified Management Accountant to join their growing accountancy function in Liverpool.
Client Details
The business has gone through an exciting phase of growth and offers a very modern, innovative product that is high in demand. With this in mind, they are looking for a Management Accountant to join their accountancy function to help drive their growth through implementation of financial controls and development of reporting processes.
Description
You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Preparing accurate management accounts in a timely manner
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets
- Daily cash reporting
- Posting accruals and prepayments
- Analysing variances on quarterly basis, liaising with key stakeholders
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing management reports on daily, weekly basis
Profile
As Management Accountant you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Part qualified CIMA/ACCA with a few years experience in a management accounts role
- Sage experience, ideally have implemented a system before
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to learn and progress with qualifications
- Able to work in deadline driven environment
