Fast-growing retail and wholesale business is looking for a mature and solid FP&A Manager.
Client Details
Fast-growing retail and wholesale business, international platform.
Description
1) Building the wholesale financial processes from scratch together with accounting manager, operations, and IT.
2) Creating a forecast process:
o Designing templates from scratch
o Identifying the key actors to provide necessary information for forecast
o Integrating hedging impacts on margin
o Rationalizing the forecast numbers for group presentation
o Providing visibility on cash flow forecast to feed hedging
3) Reviewing actuals vs forecasting and explaining variances:
o Timely feedback to operations
o Challenging teams when issues noted
Profile
⚫ Bachelor or above degree in Accounting or Finance.
⚫ At least 8 year above finance experience with 5 years fp&a experience, strong in FP&A set up.
⚫ Ability to exercise a high degree of independent and professional judgement and discretion in performing financial analysis work.
⚫ Strong English writing, speaking and presentation skills.
