Value Realization (Senior) Manager - HK
Part of the Chief Digital Transformation team. Developing investment benefit
cases with different teams focusing on identifying potential profitable
internal business investment and optimizing the yield.
The role will orchestrate closely with business unity, geographic and
functional teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:
Interacts with key business stakeholders globally, including senior
leadership, which involves negotiating or influencing on high-impact internal
project investment decisions

Projects include targeting specific business segments, improving revenues
within specific lines of business, analysing returns on investment
Work collaboratively with cross-domain counterpart in tight schedule to
identify relevant insights, compile analytical reports and communicate key
findings & recommendation to senior stakeholders for decision-making
Produce detailed presentations and financial reports that include forecasting,
cost-benefit analysis, and trend analysis to senior parties

Position Requirements:

Professional Skill Requirements
Able to work independently and with proven ability to work creatively and
analytically in a problem-solving environment;
• Strong ability to analyze large amounts of data, develop succinct analysis
and display results in informative ways under pressure & meet tight deadlines
• Strong report writing using PowerPoint and Word, as well as verbal
communication skills
• Strong technical finance (e.g. accounting, tax) skills, able to extract
useful information out of financial statements
• Experience in using Anaplan and PowerBI skills preferred
• Excellent English and Chinese (Mandarin mandatory) communication (written
and oral), interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with peers
and senior leaders locally and on a remote basis;
