You will lead a team of 10 overseeing the ALM function and liquidity position for the bank.
about the job
Reporting to the CFO, you will:
- Lead the Asset Liability Management team of the Bank and support ALCO Committee
- Manage the group's fund transfer pricing (FTP) by evaluating funding costs, liquidity costs and premium
- Monitor liquidity and funding ratio, perform funding gap analysis
- Optimise liquidity, ALM structure and enhance internal funding flow
- Perform cashflow forecast and evaluate challenges across fund transfers
- Design contingency fund plan through stress testing and performing scenario analysis
- Collaborate closely with Treasury operations, central funding units to optimize the use of funds
skills and experience required
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Qualified member in CPA is preferred
- Minimum 10-12 years' experience in ALM, liquidity management or treasury finance gained from the banking sector
- Sound knowledge in treasury operations, liquidity and risk management
- Leadership experience at a senior grade is required
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
