Tax Accountant

Robert Walters are currently working with an outstanding business based in Bracknell to assist in recruiting a Tax Accountant to join them on a permanent basis.

Our client, who are a genuine market leader, offer a progressive, supportive and forward thinking environment to work in and are looking for a Qualified Tax Accountant who can join the team on a permanent basis to add further strength to their Finance function.

You will need to be a qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA with demonstrable post qualified experience to be considered as well as showing demonstrable knowledge concerning both Corporation Tax and Transfer Pricing.

Key roles and responsibilities with this role in addition to those already noted:-

- Companies are tax compliant; Corporation tax returns are completed/calculated accurately.

- Transfer Pricing documents are compliant with tax, Corporate and HMRC requirements.

- Support the completion of Statutory UK accounts and accounts under GermanGAAP, including the audit process of both, to satisfy both statutory and Corporate requirements.

- Projects and business initiatives are financially understood, accurately prepared and measured, including the implications of legal and statutory requirements.

- Actively participate in Finance team meetings to ensure good team working and appropriate communication to deliver Finance objectives.
