DescriptionGeneral Purpose:Operate the Marriott Walker Evaporator and Drier processes ensuring DFA defined procedures and practices are followed in a safe, quality, and efficient manner.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for the proper operation of the Marriott Walker Evaporator system and associated equipment; includes but not limited to setup, production, and CIP (Clean–in–Place)Responsible for the proper operation of the Marriott Walker Drier systems; includes but not limited to setup, production, and CIP (Clean–in–Place) Conduct bulk cream and condense milk load–outs as defined per the scheduleUnderstand fully product flow from the milk silos to packaging departmentKnow the type of product, the silo source, and all handling procedures involved each time operating any processing equipment or processPerform quality control checks and adjustment of equipment as defined within the SOP's, or more frequently to maintain product quality within DFA defined specificationsPromptly and accurately perform all necessary entries into the SAP systemComplete and maintain the following programs: Pre–Operational Checklists, Post–Operational/CIP Checklists, and Master Sanitation SchedulesSubmit accurate and complete documentation to the shift team leader. Accurately note deviations Perform limited maintenance as defined per the MSS or as required; including but not limited to inspection, cleaning, and entering maintenance work requests into the SAP systemAssist in the training and development of new operatorsEnsure all paperwork is completed correctly at designated intervalsEnsure all recording charts are properly documented according to company and regulatory regulationsMaintain safe, clean, and organized work area throughout the facility and common areasAnticipate problems, implement solutions, and look for continuous improvement/process improvement opportunitiesSafeguard and protect all company assets and proprietary informationAssume responsibility for the attainment of plant goals and objectives.
