The Ecolab MBA Internship Program allows students the opportunity to make an impact through a challenging,10-week project in one of our 3 main locations: St, Paul, MN, Naperville, IL, or Sugar Land, TX. Throughout the summer, interns will gain exposure to senior leaders, network across the organization and understand Ecolab's businesses, career paths and culture though a variety of opportunities. Concluding your 10-week internship, interns provide senior management, project stakeholders, work teams and alumni with a professional presentation sharing the project overview, findings and recommendations. Interns can expect to finish the summer with a realistic job preview of what the 'day-in-the-life' of an Ecolab associate looks like. Successful interns will be awarded a full-time, offer (upon graduation) into our Finance Leadership Program, designed for individuals that have the long-term potential to serve as functional leaders and general managers at Ecolab. As a Finance Manager at Ecolab, you will be part of a high performing team that delivers business information, insights and focus to assure that our company and associates achieve our full potential. New MBA hires will also experience rewarding work experiences, networking opportunities, and trainings and interact with organizational leaders to help acclimate you to Ecolab.

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a 1st year MBA student with:
  • A concentration in Finance
  • An anticipated graduation date of May/June 2022
  • A minimum of four years of professional experience
  • Prior Financial experience is preferred.

  • Proven leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive self, influence others and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ability to translate financial analysis into insights and action plans.
  • Project management skills with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated results-oriented capabilities
  • Proven agility to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple levels of management, functional areas, and external customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
