Finance Manager

Monitoring and reporting performance in terms of finance performance on revenue and expenses, key value drivers for the Group Digital Life
Tracking of performance against budget, KPIs and highlighting any issues and variances for prompt follow-up
Analysing and highlighting business and industry trends
Preparation and review of presentation materials for internal management team
Participate in forecasting and budgeting exercises
Detailed financial analysis to support decision making and improving overall performance
Review business cases and develop financial models to assess the financial feasibility of capex and business proposals including using measures like Return on Invested Capital
Assist in Preparation of papers, presentation materials, etc
Assist in the liquidation of HOOQ and its related companies
Monitoring performance of specified associated companies and advise on key issues
Work with business units or finance teams for continuous improvement of processes
Any other duties and projects as assigned by finance Director and CFO

The Ideal Candidate should possess the following:

Degree in Accounting with at least 6 years of relevant work experience, prior experience in an international external audit firm will be advantageous.
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business sense with good financial analysis and modelling skills.
Possesses in-depth understanding of accounting principles and company procedures.
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.
Creative problem solving and decision making skills for unstructured situational issues.
Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude. Able to work independently
Good leadership and project/time management skills.
