Job Description

What you'll do :

Agile Business Analyst in IG is expected to contribute on the following roles and responsibilities:
  • Use input from the Business to understand product business objectives in order to appropriately prepare and refine product backlog
  • Gather, define and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders to capture the best possible solution
  • Write and prepare user stories and update stakeholders on progress of these
  • Attend all IT development team Scrum ceremonies
  • Manage story-level, inter-team dependencies


Who you'll be :
  • Candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Have knowledge of Agile processes and principles
  • Prior experience in gathering, defining and documenting functional requirements
  • Experience of working with Jira (or similar work organization tool)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound understanding of application development process and technologies
  • Previous experience in developing frictionless user ex
  • Previous experience in payments space and/or developing frictionless user experience is desirable
  • Trading domain knowledge desirable
