This Global Logistics Company is seeking a Business Analyst with SQL experience to work closely with the Head of IT to provide IT System Solutions enabling better business processes and operations.
Your new role
The role of Business Analyst will be responsible for;
• Undertaking requirements gathering and business analysis
• Solutioning, design, coding, Implementation and any other technical tasks related to the product
• Process mapping analysis and improvements
• Facilitate coaching the agile team members on the domain, technical and product delivery areas
• Builds, develops and maintains excellent professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop trust and confidence to manage expectations.
• Identify business improvement activities that could provide opportunities for future improvement
