About the role
The Management Accounting Department provides financial and budgeting services including costing and analysis and internal reporting to all areas of Eastern Health.
This position is a 6-month Full Time position arising from the long term leave of the current permanent incumbent (expected position end date 05-06-2021)
While Management Accountants are directly responsible to the Director of Management Accounting Services, a portfolio responsibility method is used at Eastern Health.

About you
To be successful in this role you will possess
- Eligibility for membership to the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants or Institute of Chartered Accountants.
- Appropriate experience in an accounting position.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective financial and accounting services within a team environment.
- Highly developed written and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency with Windows based applications, particularly spread sheets
- Ability to "hit the ground running"
