Your New Role

If you enjoy servicing customers and clients whilst utilising your accounts and administration skills then this is the role for you. Your core duties include:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Account Receivable
  • Processing End of Month
  • Reconciliation of Accounts
  • Prepare financial Statements
  • Data/Order Entry
  • Order Management
  • Lodging production orders
  • Stock takes
  • Running reports against work orders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience with XERO
  • Recent extensive experience within the manufacturing/distribution industry
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer
  • Be process orientated and enjoy working in a structured environment
  • Strong Interpersonal skills & communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain rapport
