About the Role:
- Assisting in preparation of Financial reports for managerial analysis.
- Reporting financial information to management by examining and analysing accounting data; preparing reports.
- Managing the processing of cash receipts and deposit, recording of all revenue and accounts receivable with periodic reconciliation and settlement
- Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, credit card statements
- Assisting in preparation of Business Activity Statements & Tax Reports
- Assisting in preparation of Payroll, adjusting employee advances, leave adjustment etc.
- Maintaining effective internal financial control
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting financial data as required by the Senior Manager and directors
- Preparation of journals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Implementation and administering accounting information systems in accounting software MYOB
- Structuring accounting entries, producing accounting information and record keeping
- Establishing, maintaining, and coordinating the implementation of accounting control procedures.
- Preparing trial balance, reviewing all asset, liability, expense, and income general ledger accounts.
- Degree qualified (majoring in Accounting or Finance)
- At least two years of experience in the accounting field.
- Extensive accounting knowledge with excellent attention to details
