- This role will lead the overall FP&A process for NAM Liquidity Management Services (LMS, $2BN Revenue and $300+BN Deposits), including ownership of NAM LMS Strategic/Operating Plan, CCAR, Outlook and Senior Management Presentations
- Lead the team in preparing / presenting forward looking analysis, client analysis and competitor analysis to provide insights on product performance and associated risks and opportunities
- Partner with Business Management team, Product Development team, Corporate and Business Treasury, Controller, Operations in collectively analyzing and proposing actionable solutions to support various client returns and balance sheet optimization initiatives
- Oversee deposit revenue forecast process transformation and automation project
- Participate and support the ICG Finance wide digital innovation initiatives
- Act as a thought-leader by sharing best practices and identifying enhancement opportunities for the team and support talent development
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and partnership skills: ability to work with and influence stakeholders across functions, different locations and multiple levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic aptitudes, including the ability to translate complex financial schedules into meaningful analysis and presentations and assist with decision making
- Embracing ambiguity in available data and input. With support, formulate hypothesis and test framework that result in actionable insights
- Change agent mentality to drive for process enhancements. Track record of driving transformations and/or implementation of high-impact initiatives
- Extensive background in financial planning, business analytics and related finance disciplines. MBA, CPA or CFA is a plus
