Robert Walters are currently working with leading business based Crewe that is currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager due to growth in the business. This role will lead the financial control team and have an integral role in the delivery of a finance strategy.

Robert Walters are currently working with leading business based Crewe that is currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager due to growth in the business. This role will lead the financial control team and have an integral role in the delivery of a finance strategy.

Key responsibilities

Manage and develop the Financial Control Team
Implement the financial control & expenditure policy
Prepare and review of accurate management accounts to assist with key decision making
Cash flow reporting and treasury administration
Management of the day to day relationship with the senior managers
Creditor management/Expense management
Group financial reporting
Capital expenditure recording and reporting
Production of subsidiary management accounts
Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary
Support the documentation of all finance policies and procedures support the annual business planning process

The successful candidate will be qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with a strong technical background, an excellent communicator with an eye for detail that can lead and develop the team. This role would be suitable for someone making a first move into industry from practice or someone who is looking to take on a managerial role from industry.
