Lloyd Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, highly reputed Financial Services Practice who are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

The role:
As the Senior Financial Planning Administrator, you will be part of a fast paced team, managing work generated by the Partner and offering support as required.
The main duties include:
* Providing a high level of technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice
* First point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries
* Preparing Suitability letters and reports
* Responsible for new business submission using bespoke software
* Ensure that business obtained is being processed in a timely way
* Due to the nature of the business, tasks must be completed following clearly defined business processes
The ideal candidate:
* Possess first class communication skills (both written and spoken), be highly conscientious, well organised and have a keen eye for detail
* Self-starter, able to work both in a team environment and on own initiative
* Experience working in Financial Services for a minimum of 2 years and have good all round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop
* It is essential that as a Senior Administrator you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
NB: To be considered for this position you must have gained a minimum of 2 years' experience within the Financial Services arena.
A relevant qualification or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be an advantage but is not essential.
Part time hours over 4 days will be considered for the right candidate

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000
