The main responsibilities for this role:
- Taking ownership of client accounts
- Handling Billing queries
- Preparing accounts statements for customers
- Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies
- Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports
- Continuously improving business processes
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience in a similar role
- Have experience using Sage
- Have strong communication skills
- Be able to work independently
- Have previous experience using union street - Desirable
This role offers between £30,000 + 35,000 + Pension + Flexible working
