Description

This permanent Sales Analyst role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Drive development of Field Force reporting within Power BI, delivering new best in class reporting for field on the go
• Support Field Force planning, focusing on maximising our KPI's using field force tools such as CACI / Stay in front.
• Drive performance on key KPI'S
• Deliver KPI performance on grocery and independent channel to field sales management team
• Understand field force activity profitability analysis & ROI modelling / cost per minute reporting
• Monitor post event analysis to further enhance our learnings and execution, delivering presentations to the field on impacts made.
• Work with the regional sales managers to ensure the field force is fully trained to the required levels.
• Work with National and Regional field sales managers on tracking incentives.
• Have a competitor mind set to understand how trends and the market may influence our team.
• Support ad hoc strategic initiatives as required.

Profile

The successful candidate for this permanent Sales Analyst role will need to have the following skills:

• Power BI experience is essential
• Solid business partnering experience
• Good communication skills and someone who is able to bridge the gap between Sales and Finance
• Good level of Excel
• Proven track record of data analysis and a good understanding of the UK FMCG market
