Finance Business Partner

Page Personnel Finance are exclusively recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a global manufacturing business. This role will allow some home working post COVID, and the role will be based between 2 sites in Nottingham and Birmingham.

Description

The Finance Business Partner will be reporting into one of the company's Financial Controllers, and will be reponsible for the financial reporting, analysis and financial business partnering of 1 or 2 factories in the UK. Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Compiling and analysing metrics
• Analysing the financial performance of the factory e.g. product profitability, costing new products, production variances, inventory analysis, overheads etc...
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial modelling
• KPI reporting with analysis
• Presenting financial reports and recommendations to the factory and sales teams
• Supporting with month end close

Initially this role does not have management duties, but within the next couple of years, the business would like Finance Business Partner to manage a small team.

Profile

To apply for this position, you:

• must have a proven track record of working in finance
• must have experience of analysing financial data and producing reports
• must have some experience of business partnering / supporting non-finance stakeholders
• will ideally have worked in manufacturing, but this is not essential
• will ideally be studying an accounting qualification, but this is not essential
• must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, as this position is based between 2 sites in Nottingham and Birmingham
