We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk, for one of the largest distributors of electronic components and value–added services. If you're someone with basic accounting principle knowledge and excellent time management, please apply today!Responsibilities+ Review and process invoices on a daily basis.+ Reconcile AP statements to keep invoices current.+ Review problematic invoices with the appropriate department for resolution when appropriate.+ Communicates with vendors to ensure timely receiving and payment of invoices.+ Reconciles AP aging report with General Ledger balance.+ Maintain analytics on selective accounts.+ Prepare and mail check payments to vendors on a weekly basis.+ Prepare and transmit ACH payments to vendors on a weekly basis.+ Reconcile monthly credit card statements.+ Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.The essential functions of this role include:+ working in a smoke free environmentSkills+ Basic Accounts Payable+ Time Management+ SAP+ Microsoft Excel (1 year of experience is required)Education+ High School (required)Qualifications+ Years of experience: 2 years+ Experience level:ExperiencedShift: FirstWorking hours: 8 AM – 4 PMRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
