The Accounts Payable Administrator in Fort Lauderdale, FL, will support the Accounting Manager with all A/P functions, as well as, offer clerical support to the operations team with vendor setup and management within Salesforce. This role is perfect for a reliable, hardworking and eager candidate that wants to join a dynamic team that always aims for excellence. This is an in–office position, traditional hours, and our client is looking to hire someone ASAP!

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Administrator Job in Fort Lauderdale, FL include:
* Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests
* Set invoices up for payment
* Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
* Prepare and perform check runs
* Investigate past due invoices and statements
* Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
* Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is highly desired
* Knowledge of accounts payable
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of general accounting procedures
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
