Finance Controller - Life Science

This is full functional role. As finance controller, you will directly report to global CFO and lead local team.

The client is a WOFE and runs the business in global. They are very famous in the niche market. Changchun is a plant and takes lead position in global business. Now due to company structure re-org, they need a finance controller join.

Description

As Finance Controller, you need:

1. Create and sustain a culture of collaboration through fostering a proactive business partnering environment

2. Lead the annual business plan development and forecasting process

3. Provide ongoing financial modelling and analysis expertise to business partners

4. Lead the regular budget versus actual review process

5. Ensure all monthly management reporting requirements for the business review are met in a timely manner

6. Act as a strategic partner for the leadership team ensuring Finance continues to have an input into all decisions.¡¡Give sound justification for adapting strategy

Profile

As Finance Controller candidates:

1. Strong knowledge in IFRS, PRC GAAP, CPA is a plus.

2. English competency - able to attend the interview in English is key

3. Previous experience in business transformation and integration as finance professional

4. Previous experience in building up Business Partnership team is a key.

5. Full exposure of accounting, reporting and analysis and taxation.

6. A proactive personality-Goal-getting attitude,

7. Pharmaceutical or pharma ingredient industry with manufacturing is a great plus.
