Your new role
As the Regional Finance Director you will be tasked with leading a large Financial Reporting team (SOX, IFRS), Tax and Treasury management, Corporate Planning (budget and strategy) and act as the key departmental pillar for technical queries from senior stakeholders and regional board members. Supporting the regional CFO on ad-hoc projects and the development and progression of staff are also key responsibilities of the role.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have successful experience from a senior, regional finance leadership role within a complex and listed multinational organisation. It's imperative that you are able to demonstrate a strong and charismatic leadership style alongside tangible examples of developing and progressing management level staff. Experience of SOX reporting and IFRS is an essential prerequisite to applicants along with a. ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification.
