Program Delivery Manager – Azure Location and Travel: Irving - TX

Job Description: We are looking for a Program Delivery Manager – Azure who will be responsible for defining, analyzing and documenting project requirements, clearly communicating these to the development team, and conducting software quality assurance. The person in this role has experience with leading an effort and driving it through to completion in an Agile environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

\t
• Leading projects on cloud data platform / analytics technologies
\t
• Responsible for leading scope, time, quality and budget with effective communications.
\t
• Responsible for end delivery by forming the team of required delivery professionals.
\t
• Responsible to Plan and forecast the activities by defining the execution approval and controlling with project governance.
\t
• Establish the project collaboration and communication channels for effective delivery.
\t
• Manage the communication channel by collaborating with multi-functional teams of partners including client and Incumbent vendors.
\t
• Being the part of program teams, help in resolving project issues and mitigating the risks with effective project management strategies and collaboration.
\t
• Understanding the inter-dependability of work streams, features and the impact of changes
\t
• Engage with IT and Business partners equally to create a solution/project alignments

Quality Analysis

\t
• Overall 12-15 years of IT experience, with 4 to 6 years of experience in project/program management
\t
• 3 years of experience in delivery projects using Azure Cloud Technologies and through onsite / offshore delivery model
\t
• 5 years of experience in agile delivery
\t
• Experienced in executing projects on data modernization solutions on data lake, data warehouse retirement, BI and Analytics
\t
• Should have excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management and business executives
\t
• Ability to influence direction of the projects, goals and client decisions
\t
• Ability to manage and maintain high level project plans and landmarks with complexities
\t
• Ability to drive engagement in a multi-vendor execution model
\t
• Experienced in financial and execution health tracking

Qualifications:

\t
• Awareness of data management, BI and Analytics solution principles and architecture
\t
• Awareness of standard methodologies for automation in data and analytics space
\t
• Domain: Retail/Supply chain/Pharmacy
