Senior Cost Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Cost Accounting Manager in Acton, MA.Key Tasks:

• Own the accounting and reporting for inventory and cost of goods sold
• Coordinate the COGS closing processes
• Develop and manage the internal controls process
• Maintain the cost accounting system
• Develop standard cost
• Provide cost data analysis
• Prepare financial statements
• Develop financial analysis
• Maintain inventory records
• Assist in forecasting and plan development
• Lead the audit of inventory and COGS review
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree Finance or Accounting is required
• Master's degree is preferred
• 8+ years of related experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Experience with fixed assets
• Experience with ERP implementation is a plus
