Inviting applications for Business Analyst- Finance Business Partner - Warehousing and Distribution
In this position, Logistics Finance supports the ANZ Logistics team. Provide key business decision support, financial performance analysis and forecasting to the business and partners. Ensure key financial controls are in place.

Role & Responsibilities -
Process Skills
  • Supply Chain Finance understanding and Transportation nuances
  • Make sure financial controls are in place for internal/external audits
  • Shipment Cost Analysis per transport route. Look for simplification and efficiencies in the Warehousing and Distribution processes
Technical Skills
  • Hyperion Essbase - Smart view & hierarchies
  • Advance excel / VBA, SAP & SAP BW
  • Power BI - Visualization / PPT Skills, Anaplan Planning Tool
Analytics Skills
  • End to end view related to logistics and its link to pallets level, Vehicle utilizations, Transport route optimization
  • Budgeting/forecasting process with monitoring and understanding of key reasons for deviations to plan
Partner Management or Others
  • Partner with Logistics BU to identify, supervise, quantify Value Improvement projects VIP)
  • Drive performance improvement by providing insight to category drivers
  • Co-ordinating with internal partners
Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications
  • Accounting/Finance degree is crucial, with achieved or working towards CPA/CA (or equivalent) qualification
  • Cost Accountant (Inter - Final) or Graduate with experience
  • Good FP&A background, Influencing skills and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness, extra energy & dedication to make a difference
  • Autonomous, proactive and problem solving
Preferred qualifications
  • Good in Problem Solving and Analysis
  • Proficient in English
