We are inviting applications for the role of MT, Master Data Management

We are looking for a MDM Specialist who will work closely with various stake holders to understand MDM reporting requirement and to develop POWER BI Reports.
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to MDM domain.
  • Preparing PowerBI reports based on MDM requests from different data domains, Adhoc request and daily activities.
  • Request gathering, analysing request and providing the solutions
  • MIS reporting and Proactive data analysis and identify need to data cleansing and enrichment.
  • Accurate and timely processing of activities within agreed TAT.
  • Perform highest quality and ensuring metrics met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable.
  • Perform Process Controls & documentation, Quality Check. etc.
  • SOP documentation during OJT/KT and during BAU, capturing all the rules and exceptions in the process. This is an ongoing activity that demands good analytical and writing skills
  • Support team in other activities as and when needed.
  • Good communication skills, team player and sound knowledge in excel.
  • Good numerical and analytical ability.
  • Experience in ERP environment will be an advantage.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
  • Graduate or equivalent, MBA (finance full time - with only good institute)
  • Domain knowledge - PowerBI Report Development & Master Data Management
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in a master data role
  • Excellent MS Office Skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills, and technical aptitude.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of energy & execution and client connect experience is a "Must"
  • Ability to work in a global environment
  • Expert level excel skills ex: using functions, shortcuts, complex formula writing
  • Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP)etc.
  • Attention to Detail: Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small: showing concern for all aspects of the job, accurately checking processes and tasks.
  • Determining Financial Impact: Understanding the financial consequences of decisions
  • Knowledge about ERP desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP / S4 HANA will be an added advantage.
  • Prior MDM Operations experience in the BPO Industry with driving transformation / Robotic implementation experience.
  • Good knowledge and working experience on Vendor, Customer, Product and Hierarchy mapping domains
  • Good knowledge of tools like SAP / S4 HANA,
  • High proficiency in MS Office preferably with working knowledge of MS Excel
