The Opportunity
The Payroll Specialist / Senior Business Analyst will act as a conduit between the Payroll & Systems Support Team. In this mixed capability role, you will provide business analyst expertise to support the delivery of BAU Payroll Services and Payroll Improvement projects. You will also:
Provide payroll expertise to determine and document business requirements for system and process improvements across the full HCM landscape including SAP/SuccessFactors and Kronos;
Develop and document test plans, review test outcomes with the Service Delivery and Operations teams and support the delivery of knowledge sessions once any process/system changes move into the Delivery teams;
Analyse proposed changes via impacts assessments, determine the benefits to be realised through the Program / BAU, measure, monitor & update where deliverables change.
Who we're looking for
You are a strong Payroll Specialist / Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst with 7+ years experience working within a payroll team demonstrating solid SAP systems experience. You will have extensive knowledge of payroll legislation as well as any core payroll, upstream and downstream processes and experience working on projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
You are a strong business partner with an agile & growth mindset who is looking to take on a new challenge that requires expertise in driving and delivering results and the ability to negotiate and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
You are an effective communicator who is fluent with all types of stakeholders, including the technical teams. Ideally, you are adept at multiple People systems including SAP Payroll, Success Factors, Spinifex, Salesforce, Google suite.
