- 5 years experience in a payroll position
- Sage Micropay experience
- Familiarity with Australian Payroll Legislation
- Strong understanding of termination and redundancy processing
- Sound knowledge of EBA and Award Interpretation
- Good Communication Skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
