• Responsibility of completing the credit management and dunning process activities
• Deal with internal and external business partners at the market level to obtain required information in order to complete credit risk assessments
• Perform external credit checks (On-line) and trade reference verification, when required as part of the credit risk assessment process
• Communicate and co-ordinate credit limit setting with the internal market level business partners
• Communicate with the internal business partners on the release and maintenance of the credit blocking of sales orders in the ERP system
• Confer with customer by telephone and email to facilitate payment of overdue accounts
• Co-ordinate the dunning processes for multiple accounts, including the reporting of the status of the dunning to the internal local market areas
• Provide overdue and collections activities support on business partners
• Collect and Co-ordinate identified disputes from business partners to effect resolution with the appropriate point of sales contact within the market areas


• >2 years of experience in C&C
• Cash Application processing knowledge
• Very Good SAP FICO (AR), Excel, and other relevant technical skills
• Higher education in Accounting / Economics or similar field
• Fluency in English is mandatory, skills in Finnish, Swedish, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese are an asset
• Banking system knowledge beneficial
• Excellent communication skills
• Practical experience from a similar role
• Strong finance and accounting skills
• Transition experience desired
• Customer service mindset
