Finance Business Partner

Barclay Meade Finance and Accountancy are working in partnership with this market leading, Worthing based business on an exclusive basis. Due to business growth our client requires a Finance Business Partner to work as part of a successful central finance team.

As the newly appointed Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for providing analysis of business performance, forecasting, budgeting and reporting. This is an all encompassing, business facing role that requires key stakeholder relationship management across the following key tasks:

• Providing insight and challenging financial results
• Production of monthly management accounts
• Understand and identify operating profit challenges and risks
• Leading the forecasting & budgeting process
• Identify key business drivers
• Effectively analyse overhead costs and make recommendations for change.

The successful applicants for this position will hold a full accounting qualification and have the desire to work in a fast paced finance team. Advanced excel skills are essential and the ability to translate figures into meaningful and presentable information to drive business performance. It is essential the applicant has a can do attitude.
