About the Opportunity

  • Reporting to the ASEAN Consulting Markets Leader
  • Manage the pursuit process (EY Asean Consulting Deal Governance process) for opportunities, working closely with key partners
  • Provide pursuit management support for key accounts, focusing on opportunities with high-revenue potential or that are medium-are in scope
  • Embed pursuit excellence in the business by sharing best practices in pursuit management and intellectual assets
  • Manage the CRM process which includes working with accounts teams on strategic opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Manage the CRM process to push the team to move opportunities through the pipeline, driving action, accountability and accuracy around pipeline
  • Execute win/ loss debriefs

    • Account Planning, Review and Forecasting

  • Review, analyse and provide periodic reporting to monitor Asean Consulting Accounts Revenue (GTER), Sales and Pipeline, in particular highlight gaps to support Consulting Markets Leaders develop and implement actions required to achieve targets
  • Liaise and work with Consulting Account Leaders and account teams on periodical account reviews and pipeline discussions
  • Be the knowledge steward of the Asean markets’ Consulting Key Accounts and provide all relevant performance reporting to the region on a regular basis.
  • Support the annual revenue planning process with the Market segment leadership team and relevant Client Service Partners (CSPs)
  • Support the Consulting Markets Leader and BDs with the development and implementation of an account-centric, action-orientated account plans

  • Financial literacy and the ability to interpret results and provide advice on performance. In addition, the ability to forecast and project areas that the leaders need to focus on.
  • Relationship building skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels across Asean consulting
  • Understanding of firm wide systems and processes.

    • To qualify for the role, you must have:

    • Posses a Bachelor's Degree
    • 5 years of relevant work experience in business operations, and/or sales process
