Your role
As our Application SME, your role within IT will be specifically responsible for our SAP Fieldglass Implementation across its NSE footprint.

Your primary objectives will see you set the priorities and goals for our Global Technical Support team in-line with our business priorities to ensure the successful day-to-day operations of the solution.

Your engagement skills will be in demand as you work closely with senior management, wider business stakeholders to provide application technical and process expertise to decision making against the longer-term application roadmap for the Product. Integrations form a key part of the solution landscape too, creating a need to work closely alongside the associated upstream and downstream Service Owners and their respective teams.

A secondary part of your role will require you act as a key facilitator to the Product Board of Senior Stakeholders. You will monitor and present regular progress against IT Service Levels, Planned Changes, Roadmaps as well as Financial Summaries around the on-going solution budget.

Reporting to the Head of HR Information Systems (ITS) within our Business Applications Teams, you'll also work closely with your colleagues to ensure the end-to-end lifecycle processes work efficiently together as they traverse our HR systems landscape.

The role includes the following areas of responsibility:
•Ensure the successful day-to-day IT operation of the SAP Fieldglass solution for the relevant Deloitte NSE geographies (UK and Switzerland initially).
•Balancing the priorities of related projects, support items and change requests, directing the focus of the technical team accordingly.
•Ensure the smooth delivery of change implementation to meet legal, regulatory and evolving business requirements.
•Provision of subject matter expertise on Fieldglass processes in the Contingent Worker Management (CWM) and Services Procurement (SP) application lifecycles and the technology underpinning the solutions
•Identifying and pursuing opportunities for Continuous Improvement.
•Promoting Product Capability where not fully utilized with a focus on standardization.
•Ownership of the Technical testing phases associated with regular SaaS Release adoption
•Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution
•Compliance with Deloitte standards, external regulatory and statutory requirements

Your professional experience
Essential
•SAP Fieldglass implementation/support experience ideally for both the Contingent Worker Management (CWM) and Services Procurement (SM) modules.
•Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
•Ability to problem solve, identifying solutions and owning them through to implementation.
•Experience of the full project life-cycle: requirements analysis, process design, blueprint documentation, specification of required developments, gap analysis, configuration, testing and production support.
•Strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to write at a publication quality level in order to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
•Computer Science/BSc in Information Systems Management or similar

Desirable
•Additional knowledge of SAP ERP (HR) and S4/HANA
•Solid understanding of the HR business domain
•Experience of Agile project methodologies
•MSc in Computer Science/Information Systems Management or similar
•ITIL Foundation
