Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
Innovation and digitalization. Support Finance innovation champion to build up 3-5 year innovation and digitalization vision for finance function. Liaise with relevant resource and expert in and outside the company to materialize the vision. Support data mining ambition in Finance different team, including Reg reporting, Group reporting and Mgt reporting to maximize the value of X-team financial data.
Project and new product. Contribute to finance relevant project and new product by bringing the x-team vision. Process and procedures. Support regular review process and procedures to carter new business requests, improve operational efficiency, optimize process and ensure risk controls and regulation compliance.
Risk and Quality Control. As first level risk controller in owned process, proactively work with Financial Control Officer to perform risk control work, cooperate with internal or external inspection under request.

Profile required
Academic Background (degree and major)
- Accounting/Financing/Economic major bachelor's degree holder or above
Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how
- 2 years +
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of finance, accounting and good visibility of frontier digitalization tech.
- Language Skills
- Good English written and speaking skills, Chinese/French speaking and reading will be a plus.
Computer Skill
- Good at Microsoft Office, experience with POWER BI, Tableau and Python will be a plus.

- Good communication skill and be able to work under pressure;
- Strong team work spirit.
