The Job:

  • Drive the Application Functional Roadmap.
  • Assist in Business Analysis for Business Process Management (BPM) for projects
  • Act as a requirements product owner, maintain product back log
  • Prepare user stories, business IT requirement documents, test scenarios and cases.
  • Maintain, review Functional Documents via requirements traceability matrix to ensure end to end delivery completeness.
  • Plan and conduct user training, workshops.
  • Enforce continuous compliance with technology governance standards
  • Track record of successful project execution and implementation.
The Talent:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Banking IT or equivalent
  • Either PMP or IIBA certified
  • At least 5 years' experience in banking business analysis, functional design and good domain knowledge of corporate banking products (Trade Finance, Syndicated & Agency Loan, Bilateral Loan, Treasury, Fixed Deposit, FX)
  • Business Process Management (BPM) Project Experience required
  • Corporate / Commercial Banking Business Analysis Experience highly preferred
  • At least 3 years' experience in Project management and business analysis
  • Track record of successful project execution and implementation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Managing or participaing in Agile, Waterfall methodologies is a strong advantage
